Canada’s economy is under strain. Mark Carney refused to bring in a spring budget in defiance of a House of Commons motion passed by all the opposition parties demanding one, even while the Parliamentary Budget Officer reports that the ​federal deficit is estimated to hit $46-billion, impacting living standards and paycheques across Canada and here in Dufferin-Caledon. Canadians deserve better.
