Stand on Guard

🔒 STAND ON GUARD — HAVE YOUR SAY

Canadians should never be punished for protecting their homes, their families, and themselves.

Here’s the truth:
• The law is vague — too often, victims are arrested while intruders walk free.
• Liberal catch-and-release laws C-5 and C-75 put repeat offenders back on our streets.
• Families live in fear of crime and of being punished for self-defence.
• Canadians deserve clarity: the law must be on the side of the innocent, not criminals.

Kyle Seeback and the Common Sense Conservatives are fighting for the Stand on Guard principle to amend the Criminal Code so:

  • Force used to stop a violent home invader is presumed reasonable.

  • Law-abiding Canadians won’t spend years in court for defending their families.

  • The law finally protects the innocent instead of repeat offenders.
